Author Guidelines

Submission: A manuscript, written in English, should be prepared with the help of the LaTeX publishing system using special cmpj package for design and style formats. Read template.pdf for the manuscript preparation guidelines and use template.tex as a template for typesetting of your article.

cmpj style files and templates are already included in the modern LaTeX installations (mikTeX, TeXlive, etc.). Use your package manager to add it if it is not installed yet. For old installations you can download cmpj package from CTAN: cmpj.zip or cmpj.tds.zip.

Rapid Communication. These materials (up to 6 pages long) will be published in the following issue (waiting time less than 3 months) if received within the first month of each quarter.

We greatly encourage submission of Review articles that cover the recent achievements in hot areas of contemporary science.

Page charge: There is no page charge.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been published, and is not now and will not be under consideration by another journal while it is considered here.
  2. The submission file is in LaTeX and PDF document file format.

Important: TeX-file and all files required for LaTeX compilation + PDF file should be submitted as ONE ARCHIVE (e.g. zip file)!

In other case the corresponding filenames could be changed by the system.

If you do not know how to create archive from multiple files, consult the "How to Zip a File on Mac and PC" page.

  3. Where available, DOI's for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is typesetted using cmpj LaTeX style and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. The corresponding keywords (Physics Subject Headings) are provided.

Important: Keywords (Physics Subject Headings) are mandatory elements of manuscript submission since page number generator uses this data.

  7. The already published papers will be subject of gradual submission to arXiv.org server which will be done by our personnel. If that already have been done by you earlier, please inform us on the way we can access these on arXiv server (Eprint-ID and password, NOT personal user name and password) to enable us to submit there the final version of your paper in a format of our journal.
  8. The ORCID number indications (https://orcid.org/) are provided for primary and/or corresponding authors. The  ORCID is strongly advisable for the other authors as well.

The support for the ORCID is added to the updated journal LaTeX style cmpj3.sty and template
