cmpj package: Updated cmpj package

cmpj package for typesetting papers in LaTeX is updated to version 3.03 and can be downdoaded from CTAN.

RELEASE NOTES FOR VERSION 3.03:

* The license metadata for Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International
License is now embedded into PDF.

* orcidlink.sty code to create the ORCID icon and link is embedded
in cmpj3.sty.

* Updated bibliography style cmpj.bst.

* Updated user guide and template.

RELEASE NOTES FOR VERSION 3.02:

* cmpj3.sty and cmpj2.sty use new 'droid' font families names.

The authors and referees of the manuscripts submitted prior to July, 16, 2024 and unpublished yet should continue to use this old editorial system for processing of the said manuscripts only.
