New journal initiatives

Starting from 2021, our journal is aiming to actively support the Open Science initiatives, such as I4OA (https://i4oa.org/) and I4OC (https://i4oc.org/). In particular, we are going to enrich the metadata of both new and previously published papers, to open up our references, and to keep following the other aspects of the Open Science initiatives. Another aspect of our presence in the global digital infrastructure is related to the Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID, https://orcid.org/). Since 2021, indicating the ORCID number became mandatory for the primary and/or corresponding authors of our journal and strongly advisable for the other authors. The support for the ORCID number indication is added to the updated journal LaTeX style cmpj3.sty and template. Some other modifications and improvements to them are introduced as well, in response to the authors requests since the last update, which took place in 2017.


 

 

We would like to inform you that we have switched to a new Web-site of the CMP and a new editorial system.

The authors and referees of the manuscripts submitted prior to July, 16, 2024 and unpublished yet should continue to use this old editorial system for processing of the said manuscripts only.

For new submissions, we are kindly asking all of you to register at the new Web-site under the link
